The wine is fermented in stainless steel and there is no lees ageing, however the wine is wonderfully complex considering its modest price tag. Aromas of citrus, pineapple, and apricot and lovely and fresh on the palate with excellent texture. This is a fun and fruity wine that punches way above its weight and is perfect with seafood pasta.
