Bunches of bright red fruits, rose petal and just a hint of cinnamon carry through from the nose to the palate. This would be absolutely perfect to drink right away but will also be rewarded by a further one to three years of cellaring, to develop slightly more nuanced flavours.
Partial wild yeast barrel fermentation & aged in old barrels on yeast lees. A bright, aromatic style with a lively palate that is reminiscent of lemon sorbet – subtle sweetness and vivacious acidity harmonising to produce a wine of finesse, tension with highlights and tropical succulence.
