Bollinger PN TX18- Brut

PN TX 17 is an assembly of 100% Pinot Noir, predominantly from the Tauxières cru. It is blended with other villages on the Montage de Reims, such as Avenay and Verzenay. The base year is 2017. Older wines also feature from our reserve magnums, the oldest of which dates back to 2006.Its ageing period in the cellar is twice as long as required by appellation regulations and its dosage is very low : 4 grams per litre.

The assembly of this 2007 vintage is composed of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay. It features 91% Grands Crus and 9% Premiers Crus. A total of 14 crus can be find in the blending. The fermentation is entirely in oak barrels.
Bollinger R.D. is sold just a few months after being disgorged, with a very low dosage known as "extra brut”, at just 3 grams per litre. The recent disgorgement guarantees the remarkable freshness of the wine.

The champagne 12 ans de cave rosé is composed of 65% Chardonnay and 35% Pinot Noir of which 8% are vinified in red. The House masters with precision the art of ageing, and this rosé shows us all the potential of ageing that a cuvée has to offer, even without vintage.

Close to the qualities of a red wine, this rosé champagne is not dosed much (4.5g/l) in order to keep the balance between the fruitiness, the freshness and the vinosity without masking its character and its purity.
