A blend of fresh floral bacchus and barrel fermented chardonnay.
Gardner Street has the classic floral, elderflower note we have come to know of contemporary Bacchus married with a touch of stone fruit from the Chardonnay. On the palate there's an abundance of red apple fruit, a touch of wild fennel with the barrel fermented Chardonnay giving mid palate weight and structure to a wine that ultimately finishes with a brisk, present acidity.

This cuvée with low yields (6hl/ha) exudes aromas of white peach, cut grass and honey. The wine has a nice balance between stone fruit and acids in a light, airy and refreshing mouthfeel. The saline finish brings a nice length.

This is a wine which evokes the salty freshness of the Tuscan coast. Exotic citrus fruit combines with intensely floral with notes of acacia and mint and lavender, leading to a long mineral finish.
Vistamare is a limited-production white wine from the estate, made from a blend of grape varieties including Vermentino, Viognier and Fiano.
