Domaine Fourrey's 2021 Chablis Grand Cru Vaudésir is a complex, concentrated Grand Cru Chablis style, oozing class and with great ageing potential.
Vaudésir is one of the seven official climats of the Chablis Grand Cru appellation, on steep slopes overlooking the town of Chablis below. Vaudésir Chablis' tend to be softer and more elegant than other Grand Crus, with floral characters rounding out Chablis' iconic minerality, and the wines are renowned for their wonderful balance.
Toasted salty caramel aromas combine with crunchy appley characters. Mouth-watering with poise and fine texture. Fresh green pear, peach and apricot fruit flavours balanced with nutty oak. This is an elegant and complex Chardonnay with well-balanced oak and a long finish.
A tight, mineral wine with classic Hamilton Russell Vineyards length and complexity. Prominent pear and lime fruit aromas and flavours are brought beautifully into focus by a tight line of bright natural acid and a long, dry minerality. An elegant, yet textured and intense wine with a strong personality of both place and vintage.
A beautifully textured and layered Meursault revealing abundant aromas of lemon, peach, and apricot with an underlying hint of sweet honey and cream. The palate has crisp acidity leading to citrus and white stone fruits with a little subtle toasted oak. Lovely now, but will undoubtedly age gracefully.
A south-west facing vineyard in the middle of the hill, Les Combottes nestles in the heart of a small valley.
This wine shows excellent depth and character. Some of the 1er Cru elements of the vineyard are included in the blend making it a great buy. Full-bodied and firm, with finesse. A well-balanced, straightforward wine with pleasant aromas of white fruit and oak.
The grapes for this, his village level wine, are hand harvested and half of it is matured in 1yr old oak barrels to add some richness and density, with the other half matured in stainless steel to preserve the freshness and delicacy of flavour of the fruits. It's full of quite upfront nectarine, peach, honeysuckle and fresh citrus fruit flavours with buttery and hazelnut notes coming through mid-palate.
A great white burgundy from the Cotes de Beaune. Lovely honeyed nose of blossom followed by a full flavoured wine with hints of grapefruit and great length. Great with fish dishes cheeses or on its own with a little smoked salmon!

A most tender nose unites an overtone of jasmine with gentle notes of hazelnut and a citric note of creaminess. The palate shows concentration immediately and quite some punch – that is accompanied by equally pronounced freshness. The mid-palate has a creamy texture, full of citrus pith. This is fresh but also quite potent.
Crafted from carefully selected grapes from our El Algarrobo vineyard in the Las Dichas sector of the Casablanca Valley, one of the coldest areas of the Valley. It stands out for its intense golden-yellow colour and notes of pineapple, papaya, and citrus fruits, with some mineral touches. A creamy, refreshing, and fruity wine.
