A vigorous and full-bodied white with distinct earthy personality.
On the palate there is tension and energy, followed by ripe pear and roasted apple flavors, all of which are supported by a distinct saline earthy note which endures through the long finish.
16 - 18 months in large oak barrels, 30% new oak.
