Delicate, floral and fresh natural 'orange' wine from the Languedoc made without adding sulphur.
Orange in colour due to the prolonged time the white grapes have spent in contact with their skins in the winery - three months, and after fermentation is matured in terracotta amphorae. It's a blend of several varieties including Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains, Sauvignon Gris, Pinot Gris and Piquepou.

The 2020 Domaine Rossignol-Trapet Beaune 1er Cru Les Teurons is a biodynamic, 100% Pinot Noir wine from Burgundy. 

Bright limpid ruby red with a nose of very juicy, floral red and black fruit, spiced with hints of blackberry crumble, really fresh and racy leading to a more focused palate of rich, dense red and black fruit, light spice, a fine tannic backbone and some leafy black fruits.

The four specific parcels sit high up in the Charmes Dessus vineyard, just below Clos des Perrières and abutting the vines of Dominque Lafon. Undoubtedly one of the estate's flagship wines.

Showing quite a bit of botrytis aromas on the nose, nicely compact, with underlying runny honey, citrus and dried sultanas. In the mouth the acidity makes this lip smacking, a lovely tangy grapefruit zip, plentiful citrus, honey and gently creamy finish.

The nose is intense, aromatic, fruity, as befits an excellent Moscato d'Asti. The notes are textbook: sage, aromatic herbs, peach, passion fruit, but there are also mineral puffs, candied scents, and a slight balsamic note. The sweet and aromatic flavour, in balance with the low alcohol content, and a pleasant freshness.
