It is a blend of Carricante, Catarratto, Grecanico, and Inzolia grapes grown organically in vineyards located at altitudes between 600 and 950 meters. The vines are rooted in volcanic soils composed of sand and ash, rich in minerals.
On the palate, it is juicy, fresh, lively, and taut, with a distinctive minerality and a touch of saltiness that lingers on the finish alongside the fruity notes.
