Nuits St. George 2021, Ambroise

This 2021 Nuits-Saint-Georges comes from 2 hectares of vines in this famous Côte de Nuits appellation farmed organically and aged for 14 months in oak barrels, 40% new. Lovely lifted notes of mulberry, blackberry and blackcurrant fruits on the nose with a perfumed edge. The palate is silken smooth with dark black fruits and a touch of spice and toasted oak notes on the finish. Striking and full of presence.
Based in Nuits Saint Georges, the Ambroise family estate dates back to the 18th century and farming organically since 2013.
Pinot Gris Rosenberg 2021, Domaine Stentz-Buecher, Alsace

An Organic Wine with beautiful structure, its nose develops aromas of white peach. This wine presents an expressive nose typical of the grape variety. Beautiful finesse with acacia honey and dried fruit aromas.
The palate has good length and good acidity. finish with peppery notes.

Pinot Noir Domaine Stentz-Buecher 2022, Alsace

Great Organic Wine. Pinot Noir is the only red wine authorized to be grown in the Alsace area. This wine has aromas of cherries,  strawberries and raspberries with supple, soft tannins but also a great depth of flavour.
Pinot Noir Granite 2020, Domaine Stentz-Buecher, Alsace

This Pinot Noire is both unfiltered and un sulphured. The wine has been aged for 15 months in oak casks and is full bodied with great length. Very meaty and leathery, lots of spices and a vaguely medicinal quality. On the palate a dense and plummy style, a touch of roasted cocoa bean, freshening acids.
Pinot Noir Trentino 2023, Alois Lageder, Alto Adige

The wine was then matured in a combination of concrete vessels and casks for approximately 12 months, before being gently prepared for bottling. This is a charming Pinot Noir showing excellent typicity, with fresh aromas of red berries, cherry and mineral overtones through to a silky palate with gentle tannins and a touch of spice on the finish.

The white wines are aged in two stages at the estate. First, they spend 12 months in barrels, then the wines are racked and finally transferred to vats where the wine is aged for an additional 6 months.

The palate is well balanced with a sappy opening, good depth, a slightly waxy in texture and that crucial acidic line keeping everything on an even keel.


Riesling Grand Cru Steingrubler 2021, Domaine Stentz-Buecher, Alsace

The Steingrübler Grands Crus are wines with great ageing potential. They are rich in aromas, with a solid body and a very virile structure.

The nose of this wine opens with notes of lemon and minerality, followed by citrus aromas that are also found on the palate (grapefruit and lime). Constructed and concentrated, this wine finishes with a beautiful freshness as well as a power that suggests beautiful years of aging.

The nose is frank and clean. It reveals the typicality of the grape variety, marked by citrus fruits with a beautiful structure.
The palate presents the same aromas as the nose, accompanied by an elegant minerality.
The philosophy that governs the work of the vineyard and the production of DOMAINE STENTZ BUECHER wines is based on observation and love of nature. The aim is to allow the vine to develop and the wine to evolve by natural means, with minimal intervention.

Fresh, flowery, and subtly tropical nose with ripe pears and a touch of wood smoke. The palate is attractively textured and juicy, showing zesty 'leesy' intensity and a hint of almonds. Richly flavoured and concentrated with a crisp, incisive and mineral finish.
Torrontes 2024, Vinos Naturales Organicos, Santa Julia

It presents aromas of white fruits such as peaches, floral aromas of rose petals, jasmine and geraniums.

The natural wines of Santa Julia come from certified organic vineyards and have the least possible human intervention in their production process.

Verdicchio de Matelica 2024, Colpaola, Marche

A crisp and characteristically fresh wine with lively citrus notes complemented by delicate white floral nuances. Marked acidity underpins the fruit, with classic minerality and a saline note on the long, persistent finish.

Vinified with minimal intervention. The wine spent four months in stainless steel, and two months cellaring prior to release.

Xarel-lo 2024, Mont Rubi, Penedes

A youthful and vibrantly fruited wine with sweet herbal scents with fresh green fennel.

White is a monovarietal Xarel·lo wine from vineyards planted in 1974. The nutrient-poor soils at high altitude in Alt Penedes are ideal for this versatile variety. 

Zinfandel 2022, Frog's Leap, Napa Valley

Organically grown and dry farmed from 40-year-old vines, Frog's Leap Zinfandel is blended with a small proportion of Petite Sirah to being nuances and complexity. Tremendous aromatic intensity comes through on the nose, with wild red fruits, dry stones, warm back pepper and sweet cherries and florals.
Zweigelt Reserve 2022, Sepp Moser, Neusiedlersee, Austria

Wild, rich dark fruit, morello cherry with cedar wood and subtle leafiness on the nose. Plenty of rich mature mulberry fruit and spice with a touch of mocha, the palate has good weight and softly grippy tannins with a pleasant gamey element.

The wine is aged for 24 months in used 225 litre oak barrels before being bottled, unfiltered.
