Gunsmoke, stone fruits, elderflower, cold ash, oyster shell, spice. As it opens thorugh the palate, creamy stone fruits add depth, grip and lift. 12-day fermentation precedes aging in barrels (25% of which are new wood) for approximately 10 months with stirring.
