| This is a full, rich, deep glass of sweet pleasure hits all the right marks. Layers of ripe, fleshy, tropical fruits slathered in honey, along with roasted almonds, vanilla, coconut, candied orange rind, and overripe pineapples from start to finish. |
| | The blend, made up of about two thirds of Semillon and one third of Sauvignon blanc depending on the vintage, is aged for 15 months in oak barrels, 18 months for this 2003 vintage.
This is very sweet and rich on the nose, with toffee, honey, and spices. Full-bodied, and thick honey. Spice, dried apricot, and syrup flavours. Lasts for minutes on the palate. Big botrytis bomb. Love it."

65% Semillon, 35% Sauvignon Blanc.
Chateau Giraud is the only Premier Cru Classe that is situated in the commune of Sauternes itself apart from Chateau dYquem. It is undoubtedly one of the best producers of this famous sweet wine. Full bodied and intense with flavours of baked apples, apricots, vanilla, honey and spice. Lots of botrytis character on the finish.

90% Sémillon, 5% Sauvignon Blanc and 5% Muscadelle.
The palate is well balanced with fine minerality, bright citrus fruit, orange zest, a touch of white peach and apricot, good tension towards the finish with a dash of lemongrass on the aftertaste. There is very good weight and botrytis on this Lafaurie Peyraguey that linger seductively.

| | Château Raymond Lafon`s 2009 Sauternes is primarily made from Sémillon, with a smaller percentage of Sauvignon Blanc. The wine displays intense aromas and flavours of honey, dried apricots, candied orange peel, and tropical fruits, along with notes of almonds, saffron, and vanilla. It has a luscious texture, balanced by bright acidity, which keeps the sweetness in check and provides a long, elegant finish. |
| | Honeyed floral and spicy aromas with apricot and exotic fruit flavours. Well rounded and balanced. Classical Sauternes. |
