A youthful and vibrant Shiraz with aromatic blue and black fruits interwoven with hints of black pepper, violet and lifted spice. The palate is deliciously bright and fresh, with great structure and seamlessly integrated oak.
One third of the grapes were co-fermented with 15% of whole bunch fruit to impart complexity and an aromatic lift to the wine. French oak for 12 months maturation.
