On the palate the wine is off-dry in sweetness, yet crisp and refreshing, with flavors of green apple, lemon, and a touch of sweetness balanced by a bright acidity. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged for several months on its lees (spent yeast cells), which gives it a round, slightly creamy texture.
