Floral with citrus fruits and fresh herbs. Frivolous attack with prominent ripe acidity and an elegant crisp texture, long fruity-vegetal aftertaste. Delicious as an aperitif. Goes also well with raw seafood and fresh spring salads, pickled fish, marinated spring vegetables and fresh (goat) cheese.
