An intensely fragrant Pinot Noir full of red berries and a whiff of wood spice is complemented by earthy mushrooms. Supple and smooth with a long, memorable finish.
20% of the fruit was vinified as a whole bunch. Spontaneous fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks. The wine was matured for 10 months in 10% new French oak and the remainder in second and third-fill barrels.
