74% Syrah aged for 14 months in untoasted foudre and 26% Tempranillo which was aged 7 months in clay amphora, before bottling.
Rich spicy Syrah aromas developing on th palate with elegant dark fruit flavours and hints of white pepper.
Smooth well integrated tanins-- does need at least 1 hour to breath.- then enjoy!
