Forward and lifted cassis fruit on the nose with violets and notes of graphite. More of the same across the palate, flamboyant and dense with bags of acidity providing a linear feel – very typical of the finest 2014s. This is fleshy and generous but with the firm tannin backbone that we expect from the commune.
