Chardonnay Glarea 2023, Tramin, Altoa Adige DOC

A refreshing and full-flavoured Chardonnay, with inviting aromas of apricot and ripe, juicy pineapple, through to a richly textured palate bursting with distinctive minerality.

Fermentation took place in oak barrels at controlled temperatures of 19°C, followed by partial malolactic conversion. The wine spent 11 months, maturing in oak casks of various sizes, including barriques, tonneaux and 12- hectolitre barrels.
